Replace original roof flashings on art deco low-pitch roof.

An "art deco" ex-state house with a low pitch roof has newish, replaced corrugated galv (?) but the flashings weren't replaced at the same time. Doh! The flashings cover part of the parapet walls (have photos). the house is 100m2 3 bedroom smallish house. The roof is a shallow slope approx. 7 degrees. Need a price for the work, have photos of what kind of job it is.

Ended up being a complicated job but Phil kept a smile on his face the whole time. Job was held up by weather, so Phil made the effort to make up time in the weekends.
