Quote for roof replacement. Large 1970's house (306m2) with reasonably complicated roof pattern (3x large 'pizza hutt' style sections, 1x smaller section, and some flat roof between them). I've had some leaks in recent bad weather and would like a quote to replace the whole roof as this has been the advice of a few people who have looked at the roof. Equally interested in your advice as to if maintainance is better than replacement at this stage. Currently decramastic tiles. It has been suggested that I switch to Trimrib or similar. Probably need to replace purlins and builders paper also. I would appreciate a reasonably quick turnaround on a quote as I've been waiting a long time for other builders.
