Front gutter of house is rusted through and leaking. I want this replaced with PVC guttering - or with continuous metal guttering (but only if you can provide a more competitive quote that the $1K I have previously been quoted). House two stories high at the front where the gutter is. The house is being painted from the 27th of Jan, so priority will be given to anyone who can get this job done prior to the painter beginning.
