Finishing Roof

The Roof is approximately 100m2 and my husband started replacing all the lead head nails and organised a ridge capping for him to put up. Unfortunately, due to an (unrelated) accident he is now no longer able to finish the job but we plan to put the place on the market at the start of November and need the job finished by then. I think it would only take 1-2 days on the job to have completed. As well as replacing the approximately 30% lead-head nails remaining (materials supplied) and ridge capping the roof will need to be painted on completion. The roof is 2 levels high in places, though the pitch is not particularly steep and the access is easy.
