Roof maintenance

Maintenance required on a colour steel roof. We would like the state of the roof assessed and a quote provided for any necessary work. A builder’s report has identified some rusting nails and screws on the roof and flashings so we would like these replaced with appropriate (near the sea) non corrosive screws. There is also moss to be removed. The report also recommended that all nails should be replaced with screws as this would be best practice, so we would like expert opinion on that and a quote. It has been recommended that a spreader be fitted on one of the downpipes as well. Attached are photos of some of the issues to be addressed. The house is a 3 bedroom villa– 107 square metres. We would like the work quoted within a week, with it to be completed as soon as possible, at least within a couple of weeks after that. If you will not be able to quote on it by then, or complete the work in the desired timeframe then please do not bid for the work. Note, a job to install scriber at the front of the same house has also been raised (65912). If you also do this sort of work you could quote for that at the same time.
