Our recently purchased home is in need of some re-roofing. The home is 130 metres squared, with corrugated tin/iron roofing. Our builder identified holes in approximately half of the roof during pre-purchase inspection, so we'd like to get this seen to fairly soon to avoid any further water damage to the interior of the roof.
