Our 30yr old roof is past its 'use by' date. We need a product that can withstand top-end wind and heat. Roof comprises of 45 and 10-12? degree pitches, the flatter area iron has cut into itself with heat/cold expansion whilst iron on verandah wrap around area is rusted. 95% is 2-storey work.
