Replace roof

Replace tile roof with coloursteel, and would like sky light in kitchen and possibly one in the hallway. LHCC states we need permit and architect design of roof. We are looking for a quote and someone who can do whole of job, including architect and permit with LHCC. Is two storey house. Small roof upstairs.
