I have a leak coming from a free stanfing fireplace. The leak looks like its coming from the joining of the flue pipes in the roof cavity. The fireplace has not worked in over 10 years and there is a bit of rust in the ceiling plate. The fireplace needs to come out and the roof fixed/patched. This is a job for a plummer and roofer. With all of this rain, I'd desperatley ilke the roof repaired.
