Roof repair

Hi there, I’ve had my roof leaks repaired with silicone at the beginning of the year and it was successful until we had some rain this month when they started leaking again and leaking through to the upstairs bedrooms. Unfortunately they are in the roof of a two town house so no photos . They need to be fixed as well as some spouting replaced. Thanks
