Leaking tile roof

Hi Vinnie, you helped us with our house (51A Claridges Road, Casebrook) roof leaking issue in 2022 and we were really happy with the outcome (you were dealing with my partner Arthur at that time). Can you help us with some other issues? 1. There seems to be some leaking issues around the eave outside our living room (see photo), when it's raining, the water will drop from the gap (see the red circle). We could see there is a bucket (!) if we poke the celling, which could be placed there by the previous owner. We couldn't access the area from the roof (too narrow). Could you please have a look and see where is the water leaking from and how to fix it? 2. Can you also check if the gutter needs cleaning and anywhere need moss/lichen treatments The house is currently tenant occupied.
