Notes from recent builders report: LOOSE FIXINGS There are some loose fixings on the roof. This is a weather tightness risk. Any loose fixings should be removed and replaced with a weather seal Tek screw. We note the ridge cap is not correctly finished - this should be repaired by a roofer.
