Conservatory roof is in need of replacing. When this was installed (guessing ~30+ years ago) it was done at a pretty flat angle which has led to poor drainage over the years causing rot of the plywood below and leaking when it rains. I believe this section of roof needs to be redone and at a more appropriate pitch
