We have a water leak in a downstairs room with a metal roof above. Plumber has confirmed it’s not a pipe. Seems to occur with combo of rain and wind, about 1-2 times a year. Worried because it’s a monolithic clad building so wanting to get the roof leak repaired and the frame moisture tested.
