Replace old tile roof with metal one

Need to remove old roof and install a new metal one. The house is in two levels as per picture. Will also require new guters. Can be flexible in a timeframe to reasonable extend. The foot print is around 160 sqm.

Parts of the work had to be redone due to unsatisfactory workmanship. The attached photo shows screws that came through the bedroom ceiling. The final sum paid was higher than what was quoted. Still waiting for the final invoice. The entire job took longer than promised. Overall my experience was less than ideal.

"Hi the parts of the work I had to redo is only because your painter could not paint the cladding up there and wanted me to take it down for a second coat of paint
The screws should be no where near the ceiling and we’re not pointed out or they would be rectified as discussed the cladding was asbestos so cost more then 5k I had on cladding believe when we talk the other day I had said I’m in the middle of a job but will touch base with you asap and remedy any problems"
