Concrete Tile Roof - Urgent Leak Repair

I have a tenanted property in Stanmore Rd and the tenant reports water coming in through the ceiling GIB in the lounge after recent heavy rain events, indicating a leak or leaks in the concrete tile roof. It could be broken tiles or possibly mortar/pointing issues. I urgently need someone to look at this and effect repairs ASAP. The dwelling is on the first floor so an elevated work platform or ladder with appropriate harness/fall protection will be required to gain access for an assessment. Forecast is for fine weather on Thursday and Friday this week so ideally I'd like to get someone onsite on either of these days.
