Surface Rust and Roofing Screw replacement

There are a few loose nails throughout the roof of the house and garage. We want them removed and replaced with new roofing screws. There is likely to be about 10-15 nails that require replacement. The lower lean-to on the east elevation has surface corrosion. Our building inspector recommend treating with a metal primer to reduce further corrosion and extend the life of the materials. Alternatively, please quote to replace the corroded materials. We don't yet own the property, but take possession in a couple of weeks.
