Roof Tile Repair and Re-Gib Internal Ceiling

Hi there We noticed some discolouring on an internal ceiling and I got a roofing company to check the roof where the leak could be in January this year and they thought they had fixed it. After the recent heavy rain this week the leak hasn't been fixed and the internal ceiling has got worse. Looking to get any broken roof tiles replaced (I have a dozen or so spare) and then re-gib the internal ceiling patch where the leak was. I have attached a few photos of the internal ceiling where the leak was and also a rough idea of where the leak may be on a house plan. I think it might be best to cut a hole in the damaged gib ceiling to see the tiles from underneath which should enable easier identification of the broken tile(s).
