Garage roof needs painting to match roof of house. The detached garage is approx 5m x 7.3m and the roof is slightly pitched so I'd guess about 42sqm of coloursteel to paint. No rust or flaking of previous paint that I can see so I dont think it will need a lot of preparation. Accessible from two sides only. We will provide the paint (will be good quality roof paint from Placemakers).
