Roof leak repairs

Details of two leaks and work needed: Extractor fan leak: The extractor fan vent has no aqua seal or cover flashing. Water is pooling behind the vent and degrading the roof. Work needed: Install a new cover flashing extending up to the the ridge. This will be 14m long. Install a new Aquaseal to the pipe. Hot water overflow leak: The hot water overflow pipes have been installed in the pans of the roofing sheets and don't have Aquaseals installed. Work needed: Like the extractor fan, cover flash this to the ridge and install new Aquaseals to pipes.
