Roof Repair

Leaking roof. May be able to repair via an adjacent skylight. "The lower junction of the Valley gutter, and step flashing, has been sealed off using Silicone, and it has come apart, allowing an entry point for water. Further more, between the Step flashing on the dormer and the right hand side flashing for the skylight, there is one corrugatoin space, which appears to be filled up with debris, and could potentially produce a blokage for water to run freely."
