dormer roof repair

I have a 10x4 m flat dormer roof with reasonable access. I have serious corrosion at the lap between sheets and several corroded holes in other spots. This was discovered while assessing the roof for an imminent installation of solar panels so is urgent. I need advice on options for repair. I am particularly looking for solutions that don;t require a re-roof because the panels will intercept almost all of the rain that will flow across this roof There are ladders up.
