From recent heavy rain, we have some water dripping internally from a frame - the roof is very old and due for replacement, but in the mean-time, just need to do a spot repair to ensure it's water tight. Have included photos and drawn approximately where the internal frame is relative to the roof. The house is old, so from a building inspection the roof is a mix of decromastic tiles over pitched timber framing & painted corrugated iron. It has not been tested for asbestos so caution would be needed due to age that it may be present. It may just be the seals around the pipes, since they are in that area.
