Leak in tile roof

There is a leak in the tile roof and water is coming from the roof and leaking through the porch including through a downlight. This happens in heavy rain. It had been occurring for a while but getting worse. The house was built in 2003, is brick with a tile roof. The leak is at a join on the front of the house where the soffit from the garage and the roof meet. You can see the green mould in the photo below at the join of the soffit. The water is dripping through the porch in the photo including through the downlight.

Vinnie was good to deal with. He took photos of the rust and damage to the roof so it was then easy to see what the problem was as it was not obvious from the ground. Vinnie responded very promptly to my job posting and completed the work a couple of weeks later.
