Our ceiling started leaking last night! We're pretty sure we can see where the problem is, just need it patched please. There are a couple of other small spots that could also benefit from being repaired, so we'd be keen to get a quote on those as well, but the spot that's leaking is obviously our main concern. (Note: we're planning on replacing the roof entirely in the next 12-18 months, just need it repaired until we can do that.)
