Fix or replace roof

I have a rental property where the roof either needs to be fixed (ideally as I want to extend the house in the future) or replaced. So it would be great to get a quote for both options. The roof is 70 years old and is made from cement tiles. The property is 80 square meters, single-story and is based in Hei Hei. Easy access around the property.

I highly recommend CRR. Another roofer suggested I replace the whole roof at 20k. CRR only cost a few K. They use harnesses so no scaffolding fee. They are skilled; knew what type of roofing I had and didn't require an asbestos test. Friendly. Only suggestion would be to give plenty of notice on when their doing a job (busy so were fitting job into their schedule). Small hole which they came back to fix. Tenant pleased.
