Our roof is sadly leaking where it meets the neighbours roof. The flashing is old and needs replacing. It is only a short segment I think that needs replacing (less than 1m) but it is a bit tricky as it is where the roof meets the neighbours (they are offset so there is a funny join, circled in red. The roof is concrete tiles, and the flashings are folded tin.
