Hi there, my Mum is selling her flat and we have agreed as part of the settlement to get the following work done. Roof Ridge Flashings need securing east and west end of roof. Gutters/Spouting/Downpipes needs clearing of debris. Has to be done by a tradesman please.

I'm not an expert on the workmanship but Vinnie has been great to deal with, replies to messages, turns up when he says he will he is very reliable which is so important. He was doing a job for my elderly Mum and he was great with her too. Would thoroughly recommend.
