Roof repair/maintenance

I have a decramastic roof and it is in need of fixing up, I believe there are some loose tiles and it needs to be re-coated. I am fairly flexible on time frame. Note in my builders report: "Decramastic tiles on timber batterns with building paper underneath, in good condition. The surface is original and has lost a lot of grit and colour, a repaint would preserve what is left of the grit. The bottom row above the garage are not nailed down"
