Developed a leak. Dripping from LED light surround. Near manhole but tight squeeze where it is dripping. Of course that’s not likely to be where it is leaking. House is 4 years old.

Vinnie is a great guy to deal with. Understood what needed to be done and got on and did it. I didn't get any other quotes, so can't compare his charge with anyone else, but seemed to be fair for what needed to be done.
