Encapsulate Decramastic Roof

Hi I have a 2 bedroom 70's unit , the roofing material is Decramastic Tiles - 99% sure they will be Asbestos. The tiles are very worn, like most in this area. Saw an article mentioning it may be possible to encapsulate said tiles rather than remove - Jeremy Gray From Builders Crack, Would love to know more about this and is it is suitable on my house. Great. - but don't it expect it to happen quickly as the moss killer took a while to work. Looks like a brand new roof. Neighbours very impressed.
