Repair 1970's roof that has lifted off old nails

It is a 2 stored block of flats (with shared roof) and recent high winds lifted some of the roof panels off the old nails. At least we would require a repair to screw down our portion of the roof but the shared nature may mean the whole thing needs doing (this would require a quote and agreeance from other owners but may be a more economical option.) Will be interested in a quote for both scenarios.
