1. Dektite flashing with aluminum base needs to be fitted around a new chimney. I have attempted to install this but haven't been able to get it to sit flush with the tiles. 2. Replacing a lump of cement (about the size of a fist) between the ridgeline and the chimney that has come loose, and waterproofing.
