Veranda construction, to include roofing and decking. Deck is approx 350mm above ground level, L-shaped. To include two 2m one level steps, to be constructed from 100x40mm Radiata. Roof to be built over the deck with flat corrugated coloursteel Std colour (No soffit at this stage), and some spouting required. Painting/varnishing not required. Building consent issued. Start within next month desired.
