Cottage re-roofing

Refer to the attached roof plan and elevation of a simple hipped rectangular roof. The house is about 85m2 and has good access to all sides of the building. The job consists of removing and taking away the existing corrugated roofing, fitting new building underlay to the existing sarking and fitting new corrugated profile Colorsteel roofing. I would also like a price for the scaffolding if required. For reference, the elevation shows the hight of the roof edges above the ground. I will arrange a plumber to make a few minor modifications to the main vent for the plumbing that currently projects through the eave. The existing PVC gutters are to remain at this stage. The overhead power lines are fixed to the eave under the gutter. Please provide your labour rates for general carpentry work.
