1960s vintage, iron roof has some leaks, mainly from ridging/capping area. Iron itself seems in reasonable condition. House approx 140 sq metres and single storey with easy roof access. Have re-nailed a fair amount and problem is still ongoing after 12 months. Not directly quake related as far as I can tell, so not EQC linked. Prompt payment for a fix quaranteed. Might be useful to have a full replacement quote as well, but hope this isn't necessary. Bryndwr area.
