The roof is leaking around a chimney that needs to come down also a couple of spots on the ridge line should probably be fixed as they probably aren't water tight either. Leaks caused by Mondays quakes, so we have a 2k budget from EQC to get it water tight again. Cheers

The work was charged direct to EQC so dont know the amounts. They did a great job, removed all the rubble and left the site tidy. They noticed that the chimney was broken below ceiling height so removed it down to where it was broken. I would recommend.
