some falling bricks during quake fell onto iron roof where over time tree litter has left tiny rust areas. this is now leaking into the wall area. i have sourced one sheet of longline iron and need someone to install it properly. job is above chimney on the side of the house, a 90yr old villa type home. this is an emergency repair and eqc will be paying, so anyone with direct eqc accreditation would get paid fast. if its affordable I could pay and be reimbursed by eqc, but i have no idea how much it will cost so can't promise this yet.

I supplied the sheet of iron, he did the work promptly. Its rained twice and theres been no sign of further roof leak, so I am extremely happy. He also supplied new outdoor water tap and replaced old leaking one on the side of the house. Extremely happy about that too. Straightforward guy to deal with, highly recommmend.
