There does not appear to be anything wrong with the chimney structure, however there is a concrete cover at the top of the chimney which is cracked. We need this checked as to its safety, and repaired if required

The job was to check the cracks to see if any further work was needed. Initially made contact and set up a time, which was not met however a Tom phoned to explain and another time was set. He arrived within given time frame and checked the cracks as asked. No further work needed as he deemed the chimney to be safe and the cracks to be old and not earthquake related. Thank you for the time to check and alleviate worries. Would use his services again.
