We have two areas on our concrete tile roof which need immediate attention (EQC Claim lodged) Our pellet fire chimney was damaged/removed are 4 sept quake. The flue needs to be replaced and a flashing put around flue. There will also need to be tiles fixed. The second area was damaged on Feb 22 quake - an unused open fire chimney fell through roof causing damage to tiles. Currently have tarpaulin over it and need it to be weatherproofed asap before winter. Initially I am looking for a quick quote to gauge whether repair is under or over $2000. As if repair under $2000 we can organise ourselves - if over 2000 EQC need to sort apparently. Help pls!

There is no issue at all with the promptness of the initial contact or of getting the work done in a timely matter. More than happy with that. But I have no idea what the job cost as they haven't responded to me although I have tried several times to find out a cost. (This was earthquake related and invoice I believe, was sent directly to EQC.
