Michael was fantastic - he was personable, no-nonsense and didn't try to rip me off. He came round, found the problem, showed me clear pictures of what was happening and gave me 2 very reasonable solutions and costs. He then came round the following week and repaired and cleaned everything up on finish. Awesome service! Got in touch straight away and came around to look at the roof while I was at work. Needed to see what was happening from the inside so came back the next morning and said it was nothing major. Reassured me that the roof was okay, but replaced six screws that had rusted at no charge! It’s not often you get that these days. Great service, great guy, highly recommend.
