Batton repair under roof.

Hi, it was noticed in a building survey that one or 2 of the roof batten is broken in my 1960s unit. There is also one batton in the garage that has a crack and might need repair. Some pictures attached. Before I get the roof cleaned and some potential gaps investigated which was also recommended, it seems to make sense to have this repaired.
