Leaky skylight

Hi there, We live in the upper floor of a warehouse built in the 80's. The roof at the the rear has some skylights... one of them, during heavy rain, forms a pool behind it as the water is not able to run away fast enough and overflows under the roofing into our roof cavity. We need someone to have a look at this asap. We work during the day so if possible coming to view first thing in the morning, before 8:30, or in the evening after 6 would be fantastic. We are in Arch Hill/Grey Lynn. Thanks, Mark.
