Roofing, clearlite

We are wanting to install corrogated clearlite roofing to partial underside of a deck for weather proofing. We also need small ensuite reno needing to remove existing sink and replace with a smaller one. Remove shower screen and install a small bath tub to assist our elderly mother's needs. This job we will list separately also, however ideally someone to do both jobs is preferred. Unsure of exspected costs. Will await quote from those whom show interest. We'll need someone who can commit their time to have these done as soon as able.
