Plans estimate of 252 sqm 4/5 of the roof is decramastic over long run corrugate, 1/5 is decramastic and I presume purlins will need to be renewed to take the longrun weight. Quote to include Roof Replacement - Remove and Dispose of old Corrugated and decramastic roof and batterns -new gutters and downpipes - Supply and install New Color steel Long run Roof to existing roof foot print - Supply and install new roof purlins to north east corner approx 30 sqm - include Scaffold / Edge Protection - Purlin Timber - Remove all rubbish and leave site clean and clear.
