New gutters required

Our block of units requires gutters on both sides. Please refer to pics. Key details: - Current gutters have water pooling in certain areas on both sides - Currently has a butynol lining - Sits behind a barge board/fascia that runs the length of the building (so almost internal gutters). - We are open to ideas, such as boxing off the current gutters, extending the long run roofing, and putting up traditional external gutters on the barge board/fascia.
