1 x blocked gutter & 1 x reattachment required

The gutter is blocked on the second storey of my property. It is causing water to overflow and pour into my carport below. I can send you a video to show it more clearly. Also the gutter above my garage door has come loose and needs reattaching. It has fallen off even more than in this pic from pre-lockdown. With this heavy rain, getting this fixed is a priority. Thanks!!
