Roof repair and repaint

Our roof is original, from 1950s and made of concrete titles. A very small leak came through the ceiling this winter on a windy day. It was about one drop per minute. A friend had a look and can't find where it was coming from. We will like someone to repair the roof leak and provide a quote to repaint or restore the roof with some sort of protective coat. We will like this done before next winter. The house is single storey and the floor area of the house is 103m2. There is a little bit of moss on the roof tiles, typical of any 1950 house around Auckland.
