I need a roofer to seal a certain area of my roof on my unit in Lynfield. One can see debris accumulated at the flashing, suggesting the roofing may be sloping the wrong way. From inside the unit there is no change in colour at the sprayed ceiling, suggesting the leak is intermittent. During heavy rain, there is the occasional drip. The roof between the leak and the gutter is very flat. There is virtually no fall to the spouting closer to the camera, so water is likely to build up, and if the wind is blowing towards the flashing, water could easily mount the upfold of the longrun iron, and enter the unit.
