flattish garage roof 5.5x 6m needs replacing

My garage needs re roofing, it measures 6 m by 5.5 m and the guttering is along the 5.5m edge. It is a concrete block structure with 2 walls of blocks and then 6m length side has the gararge door on it and a timber framed wall with 2 large windows. It has been leaking for a while so not sure if framing is damaged. The current material is corrugated iron but I have been told that the slope on the roof is <5% so this wasnt the best material to use and we will need a flat profile steel roof. We also live on a cliff overlooking the manakau harbour so it will need to be protected for marine environments. If you email me I can send you some photos. It needs side flashings. I would like to keep the guttering and leaf guard stuff intact if possible

Great job and very happy with the result, managed to source materials difficult to get hold of with no extra cost and left the site super tidy, very happy and highly recommended thanks
